Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer (Licensed) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from conception to completion. As a licensed professional in North Carolina, you will bring expertise, integrity, and dedication to uphold regulatory standards and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and review engineering plans and specifications for construction projects.

Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project feasibility, site conditions, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, calculations, and documentation for regulatory approvals and permitting processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction lifecycle, addressing any engineering-related challenges or issues that may arise.

Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, and industry standards in all engineering designs and construction activities.

Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure the structural integrity and safety of buildings, bridges, and other structures.

Oversee quality control and assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and construction excellence.

Liaise with regulatory authorities, inspectors, and clients to facilitate project approvals, inspections, and certifications.

Stay current with advancements in engineering technology, construction methodologies, and regulatory requirements, and integrate relevant innovations into project designs and processes.

Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the engineering team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of North Carolina, in good standing.
